Sign the planning agreement and pay the $50 nonrefundable research fee. It includes three initial quotes; revisions are not included and may require an additional fee.
Meet with Athena
Your inquiry is acknowledged immediately. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an invitation to schedule a consultation at least 48 hours in advance.
Review your possibilities
Athena prepares three initial quotes within 72 hours after your consultation, shaped around what matters most to you.
Move from idea to itinerary
When you accept a proposal, the separate $250 nonrefundable professional planning and administration fee is due.
Travel beautifully
Athena coordinates supplier bookings, payment plans, reminders, final documents, and travel support through your journey.

Athena specializes in quality four- and five-star experiences—not bargain travel. You won’t be asked for a “budget.” Instead, we’ll talk about the experience, comfort, accommodations, and priorities you want.
If an idea isn’t realistic, Athena will be honest about what is possible and may suggest a different destination or approach that protects the quality of your trip.
